Ninjas in Pyjamas star Mikail "Maikelele" Bill says he is keen to win his first international title with his new team.

The Swedish player joined NiP in November on trial as a replacement for Robin "⁠Fifflaren⁠" Johansson and helped the team to a runners-up finish at DreamHack Winter.

After his heroics in Jönköping, he was handed a permanent place on the team, who will be in attendance at MLG X Games Aspen this weekend and at ASUS ROG Winter next week.

Maikelele will play outside of Europe for the first time

And Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill says he cannot wait to win his first international title after coming within touching distance last time around.

"Revenge after DH Winter? Very much so. I’m really eager to claim my first international title in CS:GO," he told Aftonbladet.

"And it’s my first time outside of Europe as well, not just when it comes to playing CS."

Recently, NiP's Christopher "⁠GeT_RiGhT⁠" Alesund topped HLTV.org's 2014 player ranking, and Maikelele believes his team-mate deserved the title of player of the year.

"You always feel that you have great support and personally I feel he deserved the title, if you look at the past tournaments," he said.

"In my earlier teams I was always the one top fragging and doing the clutches, but it’s kinda hard in this team when you’re surrounded by the best players in the world.

"You just have to do your thing and give it all you’ve got."
